The Double Glass or Insulating Glass is a modern German glass-manufacturing technology that we proudly use in Raoom.

Architecture and decor experts highly advise with Insulating Glass for its competent heat-and-noise-insulating, and sequentially, energy-saving nature.

We make the Double Glass by using two layers of glass, separated by an empty space estimated between 10 to 12 mm, filled with the Spacer material. Then, we tightly seal the two layers together using strips of rubber or metal to prevent air leakage.

In our factories, we offer three different types of Double Glass products, and their insulation property is based on the material type of the frame, thickness of the space, the glass color, and finally, the injected gas, whether it’s air, Argon, or a non-conductive gas.

Securit Glass is one of the highly-requested types of glass that’s prerequisite in today’s revolutionary architecture.

Our process of manufacturing the Securit Glass in Raoom begins with processing the glass materials in extreme temperatures close to its fusion phase (up to 680 celsius) in Finnish UniGlass ovens, then it’s put through different cooling phases at very high speeds.

This process produces glass products that are highly resistant to breakage and heat unlike the regular glass, and is used to produce transparent, stained, and reflective glass.
